MAX20846 Smart Power-Stage ICs

Analog Devices/Maxim Integrated MAX20846 Smart Power-Stage ICs are designed to work with controllers to implement a high-density multiphase voltage regulator. These ICs with integrated LDO, current, and temperature sensors feature 300kHz to 1.3MHz switching frequency and offer 96.1% peak efficiency. The MAX20846 4x6 power-stage ICs include self-protection functions such as VX short and overtemperature shutdown, supply Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO), I/O open/short, and main power-supply Overvoltage Lockout (OVLO). These ICs are used in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) ASICs, graphics processors, servers, workstations, and enterprise storage.
