DC2665B-B Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. DC2665B-B Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the LTM^®4638 µModule^® regulator, a high-performance and high-efficiency step-down regulator. This regulator is a complete DC/DC point-of-load regulator in a thermally enhanced 6.25mm x 6.25mm x 5.02mm BGA package. The LTM4638 features a 3.1V to 20V operating input voltage range, up to 15A output current, 600kHz default operating frequency, and 0.6V to 5.5V output voltage range. The output voltage is programmable from 0.6V to 5.5V and can be remotely sensed.
