CMX90G70 RF Amplifiers

CML Micro CMX90G70 RF Amplifiers are low-power 50Ω gain blocks suitable for many wireless applications operating in the 6–18GHz frequency range. The CML Micro gain block has a positive gain slope of +1dB across the 6–16GHz band. This band eliminates the need for equalization and compensates for increasing system losses with frequency.
