521 Series Gull-Wing LEDs

Dialight 521 Series Gull-Wing LEDs are 1.9mm LEDs with gull-wing leads that dissipate power up to 120mW. These LEDs are available in yellow-green, orange, red, blue, white, true-green, and non-visible IR color varieties. The 521 LEDs feature up to 50mA forward current, 5V reverse voltage, 3.5V typical forward voltage, and 7700mcd maximum luminous intensity (for true green). These LEDs operate within the -20ºC to 85ºC temperature range. The 521 series gull-wing LEDs are ideal for critical care medical devices.
