Littelfuse SMAJ TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) 400W Diodes are surface-mount diodes designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These diodes offer 400W peak pulse power capability at 10µs x 1000µs waveform. Littelfuse SMAJ  diodes feature a fast response time, typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to V_BR minimum.
