CSL090x Series High Brightness Lens Type LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor CSL090x Series High Brightness Lens Type LEDs offers a small package of 1608 (0603) in a variety of color options. The CSL090x Series provides red, orange, yellow, green, and yellow-green color choices. The LEDs have a power dissipation of 62.5W, a forward current of 25mA, and a peak forward current of 100mA. The devices provide an operating temperature of -40°C to +100°C.
