Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers features micropower consumption, zero drift, rail to rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage, and low input bias current. STMicroelectronics offers a micropower op amp portfolio with consumption as low as 2µA, standard and high-performance op amps, and space-saving packages, such as DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. These devices also provide guaranteed specified minimum/maximum electrical performances. Ideal applications include sensor signal conditioning, battery-operated devices, medical instrumentation, power, AFE for high voltage sensors, computers, and tablets.

TSV52 CMOS Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSV52 CMOS Operational Amplifiers offer low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. The TSV521 device is the single version, the TSV522 device the dual version, and the TSV524 device the quad version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards. The TSV52 series offers an outstanding speed/power consumption ratio, 1.15MHz gain-bandwidth product while consuming only 45μA at 5V. The devices are housed in the smallest industrial packages. These features make the TSV52 family ideal for sensor interfaces, battery supplied, and portable applications. The wide temperature range and high ESD tolerance facilitate their use in harsh automotive applications.
