Semtech SMBJxxCA TVS protects sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to EOS, lightning, CDE, and ESD. The SMBJxxCA provides excellent characteristics for board-level protection, including fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage with no device degradation.
