TSUPx Trench Schottky Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor TSUPx Trench Schottky Rectifiers are low power loss and AEC-Q101 qualified rectifiers ideal for automated placement. These Taiwan Semiconductor rectifiers feature a wettable flank, high efficiency, and Moisture Sensitivity Level 1. The TSUPx Schottky rectifiers are enclosed in an SMPC4.6U case with terminals consisting of matte tin-plated leads that are solderable. These rectifiers meet JESD 201 class 2 whisker test and UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Typical applications include switching-mode power supplies (SMPS), adapters, lighting, automotive, and onboard DC/DC converters.
