ISO772x/ISO772x-Q1 Digital Isolators

Texas Instruments ISO772x/ISO772x-Q1 Digital Isolators are a high-performance, dual-channel digital isolator with 5000V_RMS (DW package) and 3000V_RMS (D package) isolation ratings per UL 1577. These devices are also certified by VDE, TUV, CSA, and CQC. The ISO772x/ISO772x-Q1 provides high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulation barrier.
