Texas Instruments ISOM8610DFGEVM Opto-Emulator Evaluation Module (EVM) supports the evaluation of the ISOM8610, a single-channel opto-emulator with integrated FET in a four-pin DFG SOIC package. The Texas Instruments ISOM8610DFGEVM helps designers evaluate the device performance for fast development and analysis of an isolated system.

ISOM8610 Opto-Emulator Switch

Texas Instruments ISOM8610 Opto-Emulator Switch is an 80V single-pole, normally open switch with an opto-emulator input. This opto-emulator switch inputs control the back-to-back MOSFETs without a power supply on the secondary side. The ISOM8610 opto-emulator switch offers drop-in replacement and pin-to-pin upgrade to industry-standard photorelays. This switch features 800μA ultra-low input trigger current, 70V ultra-low off-state leakage, and a primary-side current-controlled switch. The ISOM8610 opto-emulator switch comes in a small SO-4 package with a 3.75kVRMS isolation rating. This switch operates at -55°C to 125°C temperature range. Typical applications include building automation, factory automation and control, test and measurement, and appliances.
