SN74AC07/SN74AC07-Q1 Hex Buffers

Texas Instruments SN74AC07/SN74AC07-Q1 Hex Buffers include six independent CMOS logic buffers with open-drain outputs. These buffers' inputs accept voltage up to 6V. The SN74AC07/SN74AC07-Q1 buffers feature a 24mA continuous output drive at 5V and maximum t_pd of 6.6ns at 5V, 50pF load. These buffers support up to 75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts and drive 50Ω transmission lines. The SN74AC07-Q1 hex buffers are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These SN74AC07/SN74AC07-Q1 buffers are used to control a relay, drive an indicator LED, and level-shift using an open-drain output.
