TLV9022L Self-Latching Comparator

Texas Instruments TLV9022L Self-Latching Comparator is a family of single and dual-channel latching comparators. This comparator features 300μV low input offset voltage, Power-on Reset (POR), 5pA low input bias current, and fault-tolerant rail-to-rail inputs. The TLV9022L comparator includes an excellent speed-to-power combination with a 110ns propagation delay and 22μA per channel quiescent supply current. This device provides an output latch with a falling-edge triggered clear and an open-drain output option. Typical applications include appliance power module, AC drive control, power conversion systems, battery backup unit, and battery test equipment.
