Features include contacts on the 0.6mm centerline to save 30% linear board space and a 3.8mm low profile housing, resulting in a 25% smaller connector height compared to existing 0.8mm centerline docking connectors. In high-frequency signals, these connectors provide higher reliability and performance than existing 0.5mm pitch docking connectors. TE Connectivity / AMP Connectors 0.6mm CL High-Speed CHAMP Docking Connectors are compliant with industry transmission standards, including USB 3.0, DisplayPort, and HDMI for high definition differential signaling protocols. These connectors are well-suited for applications such as tablet PCs, laptop PCs, smartphones, mobile internet devices, and handheld devices.
