WE-MCRI SMD Molded Coupled Inductors

Würth Elektronik WE-MCRI SMD Molded Coupled Inductors feature two identical round wire-windings and a molded core that provides a compact (10mm x 11.5mm x 9mm) attractive design with excellent electrical and improved EMI performance. The WE-MCRI inductors offer up to 17A rated current and up to 43.5A saturation current. The special winding style of the WE-MCRI products provides an excellent coupling coefficient of up to 0.995, which means far less leakage inductance. This coupled power inductor is an ideal solution for SEPIC and Ćuk switching converters where high-rated and saturation current with high-coupling coefficients are required. Typical applications include flyback converters with a 1:1 turn ratio and step-up/step-down converters with secondary, isolated output voltage.

Dual Coil Power Inductors

Würth Elektronik offers a wide range of Coupled Inductors. The dual coil power inductors are available in shielded and unshielded (WE-DCT), flatwire, dual power choke, molded, energy harvesting, high voltage, and multi-turn ratio versions. Würth Elektronik Dual Coil Power Inductors feature an inductance range of 0.091µH to 470µH and a rated current of 0.3A to 28A.
