SST-08-UV Surface Mount UVA LEDs

Luminus Devices SST-08-UV Surface Mount UVA LEDs are high-power LEDs with peak wavelength options of 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, and 405nm. These LEDs feature up to 750mA drive current and built-in ESD protection. The SST-08-UV surface mount UVA LEDs are available in 130° and 40° viewing angles and in an industry-standard 3.5mm x 3.5mm package. These LEDs are REACH, RoHS, and Halogen compliant. The SST-08-UV surface mount UVA LEDs are used in horticulture, diagnostic, fluorescence imaging, and medical and analytic instrumentation.
