Vishay Semiconductors FRED (Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diodes) Pt® Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers offer designers a highly flexible solution that's equally at home in consumer and automotive applications. With ratings from 100V to 600V and from 2A to 150A - unique in the industry - this series allows designers to increase the efficiency of power supplies with devices designed to minimize conduction and/or switching losses. 5G Power Supply Solutions

Vishay 5G Power Supply Solutions are a portfolio of devices that offer the highest efficiency and RF noise levels for 5G mmWave base station applications. They have a high operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Wideband filtering can be achieved with ultra-low ESR filter capacitors, and soft recovery diodes improve PSRR and RF noise floor. 

FRED Pt® Gen 5 Hyperfast Rectifiers

Vishay Semiconductors FRED Pt® Gen 5 Hyperfast Rectifiers are optimized for high-switching speed even under extreme conditions. These rectifiers feature 1200V reverse voltage, low conduction loss, low switching loss, and high-junction temperature ranging from -55°C to +175°C for enhanced reliability. The Gen-5 hyperfast rectifiers are specifically designed to improve the efficiency of PFC, output rectification stages of EV/HEV battery charging stations, solar inverters, and UPS applications. These rectifiers are perfectly matched to operate with MOSFETs or high-speed IGBTs and are available in TO-220AC and TO-247AD packages.

X Series 1200V Gen 5 Hyperfast Rectifiers

Vishay X Series 1200V Gen 5 Hyperfast Rectifiers are 8A to 60A FRED Pt® rectifiers with the best conduction and switching loss trade-off for devices in their classes. These rectifiers are designed to increase the efficiency of high-frequency converters, and hard-/soft-switched or resonant designs. The Vishay X Series rectifiers feature low conduction and switching losses and are ideal for high-frequency converters. The rectifiers are specifically designed to improve the efficiency of PFC and output rectification stages of EV/HEV battery charging stations. This includes the booster stage of solar inverters and UPS applications. The devices are perfectly matched to operate with MOSFETs or high-speed IGBTs.
