TM8050H-8W 80A High Temperature Thyristor (SCR)

STMicroelectronics TM8050H-8W 80A High-Temperature Thyristor (SCR) is housed in a high-power TO-247 package and is suitable when power switching and power dissipation are critical. The TM8050H-8W is suitable as a motorbike voltage regulator, by-pass AC switch, controlled rectifier bridge, solid-state relay, battery charger, welding equipment, and motor driver applications. The TM8050H-8W is available in a through-hole TO-247 package.

High Temp SCRs

STMicroelectronics High Temp SCRs are used in controlled rectifier bridges, current limiters, AC relays, or as HV crowbar protection for SMPS. The SCRs perfectly suit compact equipment and are 12A to 80A 600V to 1200V range rated at a 150°C Tj.
