Ezurio 60 Series SOMs Development Boards are designed to facilitate the evaluation of the 60 Series SOMs product family. The 453-00137-K1 development board uses 1Gb LPDDR2 RAM and 2Gb NAND flash. The 453-00138-K1 development board implements 2Gb LPDDR2 RAM and 4Gb NAND flash. The 455-00003 development board provides 1Gb LPDDR1 RAM and 2Gb NAND flash. Furthermore, the 455-00004 is an LCD Touchscreen for the 60 Series SOM development board (add-on).
