KEMET Commercial and Auto-Grade Array C0G ≤250V MLCCs are a family of surface mount, Class I ceramic chip capacitors promoting reduced placement costs and increased throughput. These temperature-compensating dielectrics are designed for resonant circuit applications and those that do not require Q and stable capacitance characteristics. The KEMET fixed arrays cover a 10VDC to 200VDC voltage range, have a 10pF to 470pF capacitance range, and include AEC-200, automotive-grade models.
