Vishay eSMP® SMPD Fast Recovery Rectifiers are general-purpose devices designed for power line polarity protection in both consumer and automotive applications. These rectifiers feature ESD capability and a wide 10A to 20A range of current ratings. The series is offered in a surface-mounted TO-263AC package with a low 1.7mm profile (typical) and compatibility with the D2PAK footprint. Vishay eSMP SMPD Fast Recovery Rectifiers are available in SMPD (TO-263AC) standard and AEC-Q101-qualified versions.
